The Challenge
Judeva's founder Eddy built the business on a real differentiator - he's a licensed builder managing buildings, not an administrator managing paperwork. That only matters if it's felt the moment someone lands on the site. The brief: turn a trust-based, expertise-led positioning into a website credible enough for a genuinely risk-averse audience (strata committees and commercial property owners who don't switch providers lightly).
The Approach
We built the site around proof, not claims: a builder-led point-of-view section, a founder note establishing Eddy's construction and security credentials directly, a six-service breakdown, and a standout lead magnet: a "Building Health Check," an independent onsite audit offer that gives prospects a reason to enquire before they're ready to switch providers outright. A dedicated enquiry form routes different request types (health check, full-time management, general enquiry) so leads arrive pre-qualified.
Tech & Craft Highlights
- ●GSAP-driven stat counters - Scroll reveals bring the trust metrics (years of experience, sites managed, emergency response time) into view with more weight than static numbers would carry.
- ●Framer Motion micro-interactions - Across services and process sections add polish without slowing the page down.
- ●Resend-powered enquiry routing - Categorizes form submissions by type at the point of send, so different request types can be prioritized straight from the inbox.
The Outcome
A fully responsive site delivered in 2 weeks, built around Judeva's real differentiator instead of a generic "contact us" template.
