Increase in service sales and brand awareness following launch

| Head Coach | Justin Blackwell, leading a team of 3 coaches |
| Timeline | 3 weeks |
| Tech | Next.js · Tailwind CSS · Framer Motion · Figma |
The Challenge
4 Elements needed more than a brochure site, wanting the full identity of the gym represented online: the coaching team, the training philosophy, the programs on offer. But the real operational need underneath that was bookings: get people from “interested” to “booked into a class” without their team manually chasing every enquiry, which meant the booking flow had to connect directly into their CMS rather than sit as a disconnected contact form.
The Approach
We designed the full system in Figma first, then built a site structured to carry the complete company story (Head Coach Justin Blackwell and the coaching team, the training approach, and the programs 4 Elements runs) while making booking the clear, singular action throughout. Bookings submitted on the site feed directly into their CMS, so the gym team manages schedules and enquiries from one place instead of juggling a separate inbox.
Tech & Craft Highlights
- ●Framer Motion tuned to match the brand energy - Used with intent for a boxing gym intensity, not just decorative page motion.
- ●CMS-integrated booking - Class bookings land directly in 4 Elements’ own system, turning the website from a marketing page into an operational front door for the business.
- ●Figma-first design system - Giving the coaching team and program sections a consistent, considered structure rather than a stitched-together set of pages.
The Outcome
A 99% increase in service sales and brand awareness following launch.
